San Francisco 49ers tight end George Kittle has an excellent matchup against the Las Vegas Raiders in Week 17. The Raiders allow the sixth-most passing yards per game, and 20.9% of those yards have gone to tight ends. They have allowed the eighth-most receptions to TEs and the 11th-most fantasy points. Kittle's fantasy value has benefited dramatically from Brock Purdy's play at quarterback. Purdy loves throwing to the 29-year-old. His target share with Purdy under center has increased to 22.2% in the past three games from about 17.4% with Jimmy Garoppolo at quarterback. Kittle is a strong start in Week 17 with TE1 potential.--Mitchell Blatt
