Los Angeles Kings winger Gabriel Vilardi has earned himself a first-line role for Saturday's matchup against Toronto. He practiced on the line Friday, replacing Kevin Fiala. The move came after Vilardi scored already his sixth goal of the season in Thursday's 6-4 loss to Winnipeg. He leads the team in both goals and points (10) early in the campaign. Vilardi's emergence has been a big story in L.A. as it looks like he is finally establishing himself in the league after making his debut all the way back in 2019-20. The 23-year-old won't be able to hang on to his 26 percent shooting percentage forever, but fantasy managers should enjoy it while it lasts.--Taavi Pailk
