Starting pitchers are thriving this offseason based on low supply on the open market, and Carlos Rodon, Nathan Eovaldi, Michael Wacha, Zack Greinke, Drew Smyly, Rich Hill, Zach Davies, Corey Kluber, Michael Pineda, Jordan Lyles, Mike Minor, Seth Lugo and Michael Lorenzen all remain available. The Baltimore Orioles met with Syndergaard last week on Zoom. The 30-year-old had a 3.94 ERA over 134 2/3 innings for the Los Angeles Angels and Philadelphia Phillies in 2022, his first year returning from Tommy John surgery.
