3 years agoDallas Cowboys running back Ezekiel Elliott looks "way quicker, way more elusive, more fluent," according to personal trainer and running backs coach Josh Hicks. Elliott's improvements were also noticeable during organized team activities and minicamp. "Zeke looks great," quarterback Dak Prescott said. "He's in the best shape of his life." Elliott, the rushing champ in 2016 and 2018, had career-lows in rushing yards (979), yards per carry (4.0), rushing touchdowns (six) and rushes of 20-plus yards (three) last year. Elliott's disappointing year coincided with Prescott's season-ending ankle injury and a beat up offensive line. With both Prescott and the offensive line back healthy, Elliott should eat again and be an excellent RB1 value near the end of the first round.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
