2 years agoPhiladelphia Phillies infielder Edmundo Sosa (back) remains out of the starting lineup on Thursday against the Colorado Rockies. Sosa will be missing his fifth straight game after suffering a lower back injury last weekend. There's a chance that the 27-year-old will need to go on the injured list if his injury doesn't improve by the weekend. Sosa and the Phils would prefer if he avoided the IL, as he's hitting .344 (11-for-32) with three doubles, two home runs, five RBI and two runs in 13 games in the early going. Alec Bohm is shifting to first base and hitting seventh on Thursday, while Josh Harrison is at third base and batting ninth in the order against Rockies right-hander Ryan Feltner.
