6 months agoWinnipeg Jets defenseman Dustin Byfuglien (lower body) left Saturday's 3-1 home loss against the Minnesota Wild due to an apparent left leg or ankle injury. He needed assistance leaving the ice and he appeared unable to put any weight on his left leg. The good news is that he chipped in with an assist, three shots on goal and two blocked shots across 19:56 of ice time over 18 shifts, but the bad news is that he could be headed for the shelf for a bit. Josh Morrissey, Tyler Myers and Jacob Trouba might see a slight increase in playing time as a result.--Daniel E. Dobish - RotoBaller
