Drew Lock Should Practice Later This Week
4 years agoDenver Broncos quarterback Drew Lock (ribs), who is dealing with a muscle strain and bruising near his ribs, is not expected to do much of anything in practice on Wednesday. However, he should practice later in the week, giving him a chance to suit up in Week 11 against the Dolphins. Lock is coming off a four-interception game and will be playing at less than 100 percent if he goes against Miami, making him a hard-to-trust, low-end QB2 in superflex leagues. The Dolphins Defense has allowed the eighth-most fantasy points per game to QBs, but the 24-year-old second-year signal-caller has been careless with the football and has thrown 10 interceptions in seven games this year. Either Brett Rypien or Jeff Driskel would start under center if Lock is ultimately deemed inactive.
