Dolphins Release Myles Gaskin
1 year agoThe Miami Dolphins are releasing running back Myles Gaskin on Tuesday. Gaskin will hit the open market after four seasons with Miami in which he had 361 carries for 1,355 yards (3.8 yards per carry) and seven touchdowns, adding 101 receptions for 701 air yards and six additional TDs on 128 targets through 38 games (17 starts). The seventh-round selection in 2019 out of Washington had 13 carries for 80 yards in the preseason and looked good in training camp, but he'll now be looking for another opportunity. The 26-year-old played in only four games in 2022 and had 10 carries for 26 yards. The Dolphins have a crowded RB room with Raheem Mostert, Jeff Wilson Jr., rookie De'Von Achane and Salvon Ahmed, and they could trade for Indianapolis Colts RB Jonathan Taylor on Tuesday as well.
