The Miami Dolphins fired offensive coordinator Chad O'Shea on Monday, according to a source. O'Shea leaves Miami after just one season under head coach Brian Flores. It wasn't a very successful season for the Dolphins, but they also didn't have a whole lot to work with on the offensive side of the ball. They finished with 4,960 total yards (sixth worst, 310.0 yards per game (sixth worst) and 19.1 points per game under O'Shea. The Dolphins are expected to target a franchise quarterback early in the 2020 draft, but they also need to add other playmakers on offense at running back and receiver. This won't be a quick turnaround.--Keith HernandezRead More News
