Curtis Samuel Not Looking Good For Week 7
3 years agoWashington Football Team wide receivers Curtis Samuel (groin) and Cam Sims (hamstring) were both absent from practice for the second straight day on Thursday. Samuel made his season debut in Week 4, but he aggravated a groin injury that's plagued him since June in Week 5 and sat out last Sunday's loss to the Kansas City Chiefs. Unless he makes big progress on Friday, it's likely that he'll miss yet another game in Week 7 against the Green Bay Packers. Sims has missed the last two games and is well off the fantasy radar. Until Samuel proves he can get back on the field and stay healthy, he can be left to the waiver wire in standard-sized leagues. Terry McLaurin and Adam Humphries should remain Washington's top two receivers, with rookie Dyami Brown and DeAndre Carter jostling for snaps as the No. 3.
