Courtland Sutton Scores In Fourth Straight Game
1 year agoDenver Broncos wide receiver Courtland Sutton has easily been the team's top receiver in 2023, and that continued in Week 10's 24-22 win over the Buffalo Bills on Monday Night Football. Sutton led Denver in all receiving categories in the upset win, catching eight of his 11 targets for 53 yards and found the end zone for the fourth straight game. He also lost a fumble. No other pass-catcher was targeted more than four times or had more than four receptions in this one. His touchdown catch was a fantastic seven-yard grab in which he dragged his toe in the end zone. The 28-year-old is clearly quarterback Russell Wilson's favorite target through the air and has already set a new career-high with seven TDs this year in nine games. The downside to Sutton is that despite all of his trips to paydirt this year, he has gone over 50 yards receiving in only four of his nine games, making him a touchdown-dependent WR3/flex in fantasy lineups.
