Courtland Sutton Has A Disappointing Stat Line
3 years agoDenver Broncos wide receiver Courtland Sutton caught all five of his targets in the 26-0 blowout win over the New York Jets in Week 3, but he managed just 37 yards on a day in which the Broncos offense relied heavily on the run. It was a disappointing line for his fantasy managers after he put up nine catches (12 targets) for 159 yards in the Week 2 win over the Jacksonville Jaguars. The Broncos will need to throw the ball more as their schedule stiffens up moving forward, and Sutton remains one of the team's top targets through the air. Jerry Jeudy is still out with a high ankle sprain, and KJ Hamler (knee) could miss some time after getting injured on Sunday. Against a Baltimore Ravens defense that has looked vulnerable this year, Sutton will be a strong WR2.
