Cole Beasley Will Be Active Saturday
4 years agoBuffalo Bills wide receiver Cole Beasley (knee) will be active for the wild-card playoff game against the Indianapolis Colts on Saturday. Beasley was injured late in Week 16 and didn't play in the Week 17 win over the Dolphins, but he'll give it a go for the first round of the postseason. As one of quarterback Josh Allen's favorite third-down targets, Beasley had a career year in 2020, catching a career-high 82 passes on 107 targets for 967 yards and four touchdowns in 15 games (10 starts). The veteran wideout is much more attractive in PPR playoff formats, but he'll carry much more risk this weekend due to his knee ailment. Beasley's presence on the field will also put a dent in the sleeper value of John Brown and rookie Gabriel Davis against Indianapolis.
