Christian McCaffrey Will Have Full Workload In Week 8

San Francisco 49ers running back Christian McCaffrey is likely to have an increased workload in his Week 8 road matchup against the Los Angeles Rams. In his first game as a Niner, the former Stanford alum, who joined the team just two days before game day, played only 22 snaps and had 10 touches. Niners coach Sean McVay said McCaffrey has done a good job learning the playbook. The 26-year-old looked as good as ever in a Niners uniform, finding holes and cutting. He averaged 4.75 yards per carry and took both his receptions for first downs. He should be started as an RB1 against the Rams.
