Cleveland Browns tight end Harold Fannin Jr. ranks as the overall TE7 in PPR leagues this season and is coming off the best game of his rookie campaign. He has found the end zone in two consecutive games and has a favorable matchup against a Chicago Bears defense that has allowed the ninth-most receptions to opposing tight ends in 2025. Last week, Fannin had 25.4 fantasy points in PPR leagues, and he led all NFL tight ends with 24 yards after contact. He also ranked second among tight ends with 54 yards after contact and 74 air yards. Shedeur Sanders will be throwing a lot this week, as the Browns are 7.5-point underdogs on the road, and he should consistently look Fannin's way with David Njoku (knee) sidelined. The rookie is expected to earn high-value targets early and often, keeping him in the mid-to-high TE1 tier for Week 15 fantasy football.--Andersen Pickard
