Los Angeles Kings defenseman Drew Doughty (lower body) will remain out on Monday against Colorado but could return to the lineup for Thursday's matchup with the Islanders. Doughty sustained a lower-body injury last week and will miss a second straight game on Monday. The veteran rearguard leads the Kings in average ice time at 22:48 in 50 games. Yet Doughty has struggled to make an impact offensively, posting 14 points (three goals, 11 assists). In Doughty's absence on Saturday against Calgary, Cody Ceci enjoyed increased ice time, while Jacob Moverare slotted into the lineup.--Taavi Pailk
