Houston Texans wide receiver Chris Conley will be elevated on the depth chart this week. Conley will be the team's No. 2 receiver with Brandin Cooks expected to miss this game due to COVID-19. It is unlikely Conley is capable of producing much from the No. 2 receiver spot in this lackluster offense. That said, the Texans should be forced to the air throughout this game, as they face the far-superior Chargers. Conley, 29, is an aging wide receiver in a low-upside offense.
