Hendrick Motorsports driver Chase Elliott posted a fastest lap speed of 140.171 mph during qualifying at ISM Raceway on Friday, and he will start from the second spot in the grid for Sunday's TicketGuardian 500 next to pole-sitter Ryan Blaney of Penske Racing. While he has yet to take checkers in a Cup car at Phoenix, Elliott has had plenty of success during his career so far. In six career starts he has led 156 laps, posting two top-5 finishes, four top-10 finishes and an Average-Finish Position of 9.5, which is second among all active drivers with at least five career starts. Elliott is always a consistent fantasy option at this flat track in Arizona.--Daniel Dobish
