5 years agoMinnesota Twins first baseman C.J. Cron (rest) is out of the starting lineup for Friday's game against the Detroit Tigers. The Twins will give their slugging first baseman a routine day off here. Ehire Adrianza will cover first base and bat seventh versus righty Drew VerHagen. Adrianza has been unstoppable with the bat lately, so he's a sneaky fantasy option right now.
