Bucs Could Be Going With Three-Headed Monster At Running Back
7 years agoTampa Bay Buccaneers rookie running back Ronald Jones, a second-round pick, is expected to share the load with Peyton Barber, with Charles Sims having a chance to keep the third-down role he had in 2017. Jones, however, must first show the coaching staff that he understands the offense and can pass protect. The faster he can establish trust of his coaches, the more of a role Jones will have in his rookie season. Jones clearly has the most upside of this trio, but a three-headed attack will make it tough to judge all three backs' fantasy value, making this a potential backfield to avoid entirely.
