Braves Not Actively Pursuing Kris Bryant
Kris Bryant. The Braves have been rumored to be interested in trading for Bryant ever since they failed to re-sign Josh Donaldson. Bryant also became more attractive as a trade commodity when he lost his service-time grievance against the Cubs, as he'll now become a free agent after the 2021 season. Bryant is a three-time All-Star that won a Rookie of the Year and MVP in his first two seasons in the league. He had just 13 home runs in an injury plagued 2018 campaign, but the 28-year-old slugger has reached the 30-homer mark twice in his five seasons. He'd have plenty of RBI opportunities in a stacked Braves lineup and would remain a high-end fantasy third baseman if he were traded to Atlanta.
