Houston Texans wide receiver Brandin Cooks was limited in practice on Thursday as he deals with a quad injury. Cooks was quiet in his Texans debut against the Chiefs, turning his five targets into just two catches and 20 yards. Even if he's able to suit up for Sunday's meeting with the Ravens, Baltimore possesses a really strong pass defense and should be able to limit Houston's passing game fairly effectively, making Cooks an extremely risky fantasy play.
