Dallas Stars goaltender Ben Bishop exited early in his team's eventual 3-2 overtime loss against the Senators on Monday. After getting tripped up by Stars defenseman Dan Hamhuis, Bishop brought play to a halt about midway through the first frame. After seeking medical attention, Bishop ended up finishing the period before getting replaced by backup goaltender Kari Lehtonen for the start of the second period. The Stars have already announced that the 6-foot-7 goaltender will miss Tuesday's matchup in Nashville as well as Friday's game at home against the Ducks. It is expected that there will be an update regarding Bishop's status when the team returns home on Wednesday. In the meantime, look for Lehtonen (17 wins, 2.37 goals-against average, .916 save percentage) to man the crease for at least the next two games.--Chase Davis - RotoBaller
