Aric Almirola is just a few points ahead of Kurt Busch and Alex Bowman as Bristol beckons on Saturday night. The Stewart-Haas Racing driver finished fifth the last time this race was held on a non-dirt surface. Almirola must stay out of trouble. In two of the last four races, he did not. As a result, his night ended early. The No. 10 driver does not lead laps at Bristol either. He has done so only twice for a total of three laps. That being said, the fifth last year opened some eyes as he used a hybrid setup that leaned on what Kevin Harvick has used.
