2 years agoNew Orleans Saints quarterback Andy Dalton is starting on Thursday night against the Arizona Cardinals, according to a source. Jameis Winston will be active as the No. 3 quarterback for the Saints to kick off Week 7 action. All signs had been pointing toward Dalton getting the start over Winston with both QBs being taken off the final injury report on Wednesday. Dalton will have rookie first-round receiver Chris Olave as his top aerial target, but Michael Thomas (foot) and Jarvis Landry (ankle) will miss another game. The 34-year-old veteran has been under 200 yards passing in two of his three starts so far this year and has three touchdowns and one interception. Dalton is nothing more than a low-end, low-upside QB2 in superflex formats.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
