Alvin Kamara, Michael Thomas Could Return Against Bears
The New Orleans Saints are optimistic that both running back Alvin Kamara and wide receiver Michael Thomas (ankle) will be available for the wild-card game against the Bears on Sunday. Kamara tested positive for COVID-19 last week, and it will be a full 10 days before their first-round playoff game against Chicago, so Kamara, Latavius Murray and the entire Saints running back room will have a chance to be active. The Saints running backs must remain asymptomatic and be cleared in order to play. We'll have to keep a close eye on the statuses of Kamara, Murray and Thomas as the week progresses, but New Orleans' offense would receive a huge boost if they were all active against Chicago. Kamara would be a strong RB play for the fantasy playoffs despite a tough matchup with the Bears, while Thomas is a little bit more risky coming off his placement on Injured Reserve.
