According to Keith Pompey of The Philadelphia Inquirer, Philadelphia 76ers center Joel Embiid (knee) doesn't have structural issues in his right knee and is considered day-to-day. Embiid was out of action during Tuesday's win versus the Celtics due to right knee soreness. However, Wednesday's good news for the big man could lead him to play on Friday against the Pistons. If Embiid is unable to suit up, Andre Drummond will likely continue to start at center.--Andrew Lennox
