Allen Robinson II Gets In A Limited Practice
3 years agoChicago Bears wide receiver Allen Robinson II (ankle) put in a limited practice on Thursday after being absent on Wednesday. Robinson popped up on last week's injury report with the ankle injury, but he managed to play and catch four of his seven targets for 53 yards in the loss to the Green Bay Packers. The 28-year-old appears to be getting healthier, so unless he suffers a setback on Friday, he should be Chicago's No. 1 pass-catcher in a Week 7 matchup with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and their injured secondary. Robinson enters the week outside the top-50 fantasy tight ends, and his 36 targets have him tied for 40th in the NFL. He needs to be more efficient with his limited looks to reward his fantasy managers, but he'll be on the WR2/3 borderline this weekend. Despite the injuries to Tampa's secondary, they've allowed a league-low average of 12.8 fantasy points to receivers in the last three weeks.
