Washington Capitals left wing Alex Ovechkin picked up his 11th goal of the season, a power-play marker, in Monday's 4-2 victory against the Edmonton Oilers. It was his 234th career goal on the man advantage, tying him with former Los Angeles Kings sniper Marcel Dionne for eighth on the NHL's career list. He had a goal in the 7-6 overtime loss on Oct. 4 in Pittsburgh in the first meeting between the rivals.--Daniel Dobish
