Albert Okwuegbunam Drawing Trade Interest
2 years agoNFL teams are interested in trade scenarios for Denver Broncos tight end Albert Okwuegbunam, according to league sources. The third-year Missouri alumni and fourth-rounder has just seven receptions for 50 yards this year, but he has 51 career catches for 501 yards and three touchdowns in three seasons. Okwuegbunam entered the year as an intriguing TE2 in fantasy with Noah Fant traded to Seattle. Instead, he's watched as his involvement has steadily dwindled. Rookie Greg Dulcich made his NFL debut in Monday's loss to the Los Angeles Chargers, and Albert O was a healthy scratch. Okwuegbunam is now fourth on Denver's TE depth chart behind Dulcich, Eric Tomlinson and Eric Saubert.
