4 years agoBaltimore Orioles catcher Adley Rutschman slugged a double in his only at-bat on Saturday against the Toronto Blue Jays. The 23-year-old prospect had a 10-pitch at-bat against hard-throwing reliever Jordan Romano. After fouling off five straight pitches, Rutschman then took an 89-mph slider to center-field. He's now 3-for-9 this spring with two doubles and a BB-K of 3-4 in five games. Baltimore is expected to open the season with Chance Sisco and Pedro Severino behind the plate. Ranked by Rotoballer as the top catching prospect in baseball and the 12th-best dynasty prospect overall, Rutschman should arrive in the majors in 2022.--Marc Hulet - RotoBaller
