Aaron Rodgers Dealing With Broken Toe
3 years agoGreen Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers (toe) said on Wednesday that he's dealing with a broken pinkie toe. Head coach Matt LaFleur said Rodgers' practice plan will be similar to last week when he only practiced on Friday on a limited basis. Rodgers said on the Pat McAfee show on Tuesday that his injury was worse than turf toe, and now we know why. He's just hoping to get through the Week 12 game against the Los Angeles Rams so that he can rest up during the team's Week 13 bye. Rodgers' broken toe didn't really slow him down in the Week 11 loss to the Minnesota Vikings, as he threw for a season-high 385 yards with four touchdowns and also had a season-high 21 rushing yards. The Rams will present a tougher challenge on defense, but Rodgers remains a solid midrange QB1 for fantasy managers.
