ANALYSIS: After two consecutive duds to start the season, Gesicki is back in the good graces of my fantasy footballers after his 10-catch, 86-yard effort against Las Vegas this weekend. Fill-in starter Jacoby Brissett has a history of heavily targeting his tight ends, and he provided Gesicki with 12 targets in his first game as a starter taking over for the injured Tua Tagovailoa. We've known that Gesicki has the raw tools to provide fantasy value as his 98th-percentile Sparq-x score can attest, but he just hasn't been able to put it all together for a TE1 season in his first two years. He ranks fourth in air yards among tight ends and he can be a useful fantasy asset if he can continue to garner a significant portion of the target share in the Miami receiving core.
