BALLER MOVE: Start in 12+ Team Leagues
POSITIONAL VALUE: WR4/Flex
ANALYSIS: There's no question that Denver Broncos wide receiver Jerry Jeudy has had a rough year in fantasy this year. He is averaging just 8.3 PPR fantasy points per game this season while ranking as the WR55 on the season. The 24-year-old wideout has also failed to score more than 13 PPR fantasy points in 13 of 14 games in 2023.
But Jeudy could be in for a better game in Week 17 against the Los Angeles Chargers with Courtland Sutton (concussion) already ruled out for the contest. The young wideout does come into this game with an illness after missing practice on Friday. However, ESPN's Adam Schefter reported that he is expected to suit up on Sunday for the Broncos.
Even with Sutton out, Jeudy isn't a must-start. But there is a path to better production with Jarrett Stidham under center. Last season, when Stidham took over in the fantasy football championship in Week 17, he fed Davante Adams for 153 yards and two touchdowns. That outcome might not be possible for Jeudy. But serving as the top option with a new quarterback under center could give him more looks than usual on Sunday. He could be a flex play in 12-plus team leagues in Week 17.
