Week 14 Quarterback Rankings for Fantasy Football: Jordan Love, Joshua Dobbs, Gardner Minshew, Mitch Trubisky, more

Gardner Minshew - Fantasy Football Rankings, Draft Sleepers, NFL Injury News

Week 14 fantasy football quarterback rankings. Set winning lineups with our Week 14 quarterback ranks for fantasy football and the 2023 NFL season.

Week 14 is finally here, the last week of the fantasy football regular season. Injuries continue to hit the quarterback position. Trevor Lawrence (ankle) is dealing with a high-ankle sprain but has yet to be ruled out for Week 14. At the same time, Kenny Pickett underwent successful tightrope surgery to address a right high-ankle sprain and is expected to miss multiple weeks. We are here to guide you through the injuries and help with tough start/sit decisions with our fantasy football quarterback rankings for Week 14 of the fantasy football season.

Week 14 is a make-or-break week for fantasy managers, as it's the last week for a fantasy playoff push. The Commanders and Cardinals are the only teams on a bye this week. Managers should have plenty of quarterback options to choose from in Week 14. Here is where RotoBaller has key signal-callers such as Jordan LoveJoshua DobbsGardner MinshewMitch Trubisky, and Jake Browning ranked this week.

Our fantasy football quarterback rankings for Week 14 are put together by Nick Mariano. In addition to our staff rankings, below you will also find a summary of this week's important fantasy football injury news. There are always critical injuries to track, so check back until kickoff.

Week 14 Quarterback Rankings Analysis

A new feature has been added to our weekly fantasy football rankings article. Below, you will find our fantasy football outlooks or injury news for key quarterbacks in Week 14, which gives readers a matchup preview of that player and advice on whether to start or avoid for the upcoming week. We provide outlooks for all 32 NFL teams, which can be found on our player profile pages and our fantasy football news desk.

Justin Herbert, QB, Los Angeles Chargers
Week 14 Quarterback Rankings: 11

Los Angeles Chargers quarterback Justin Herbert will look to get back on track in a Week 14 game at home against the Denver Broncos. Herbert is the overall fantasy QB5 this season, but he and the Bolts' offense have struggled quite a bit in the past two games, leaving him with just 22 total fantasy points since Week 11.

A matchup with the Denver defense isn't ideal, as they've been excellent against opposing quarterbacks since Week 8, allowing the second-lowest passer rating and the fewest passing touchdowns in that span. Still, we've seen what Herbert can do, so he's almost always going to be in the QB1 ranks, but there's certainly a lower floor this week than he usually has.

Bailey Zappe, QB, New England Patriots
Week 14 Quarterback Rankings: 30

New England Patriots quarterback Bailey Zappe is not a reliable fantasy option for Week 14 versus the Pittsburgh Steelers. While one could argue that he has been a slight upgrade over Mac Jones, he was still quite disappointing during his first start of the season last Sunday when he led zero scoring drives, tallied just 141 passing yards, and took five sacks.

To make matters worse, Zappe won't have his top receiving threats this week. Demario Douglas (concussion) and Rhamondre Stevenson (ankle) have already been ruled out, which is bad news for the passing game and the offense as a whole. Fantasy managers should avoid Zappe at all costs ahead of a game that is expected to be very low-scoring.

Mitch Trubisky, QB, Pittsburgh Steelers
Week 14 Quarterback Rankings: 28

Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Kenny Pickett (ankle) underwent tightrope surgery on a high-ankle sprain on Monday and has been ruled out for the Week 14 game on Thursday night against the New England Patriots. The good news is he's week-to-week and will avoid Injured Reserve, which would require him to miss at least four games. Mitch Trubisky will make the start this Thursday, which is bad news for a Steelers offense that looked improved in their Week 12 win in the first game without offensive coordinator Matt Canada.

The 29-year-old Trubisky, a former second overall pick in 2017 by the Chicago Bears, has plenty of experience but will be a low-end QB2 in superflex leagues for however long he's starting for Pittsburgh. He was 11-for-17 for 117 yards and a touchdown in relief of Pickett in the 24-10 loss to the Arizona Cardinals.
