DraftKings CBB DFS Lineup Picks for 11/18/21 - Daily Fantasy College Basketball Advice

CBB DFS lineup picks DraftKings NCAA daily college fantasy basketball

Mike Marteny offers his DraftKings daily fantasy college basketball sleepers for 11/18/21. His CBB DFS lineup picks and sleepers will help you win on DraftKings.

There are seven games on the docket today, but two of them tip off in the afternoon. The main slate is only five games, but there are some really good ones on here. We start it off with an Ohio battle as the Buckeyes head to Cincinnati to take on a pretty good Xavier team. Marquette heads down to Oxford –Mississippi, not Ohio – to take on Ole Miss. That's all before the NBA slate even starts!

We continue with Oklahoma heading to East Carolina. UAB heads East on I-20 to Columbia to take on the Gamecocks. We finish the night off with DePaul hosting Rutgers. We have a lot of action packed into these five games!

In this article, I will be providing you with my daily fantasy college basketball lineup picks for DraftKings on 11/18/21 starting at 6:30 pm Eastern. I’ll be providing multiple player suggestions for players at guard and forward, aiming to highlight one option apiece at the high, middle, and lower end of the salary scale. Good luck, RotoBallers.

DraftKings CBB DFS Guards

Javon Freeman-Liberty, DePaul ($8,800)

Freeman-Liberty has already put up 47 points, 17 rebounds, 15 assists, and five steals.....in just two games! There aren't a lot of players that can stuff a stat sheet like this. Rutgers is a decent team, but Freeman-Liberty is a senior that knows what to do in every situation. He might not hit that lofty 51.6 DraftKings point average that he has going on right now, but I still think that he at least flirts with 40. That a solid return for the price.

Ron Harper Jr., Rutgers ($7,800)

Harper started slowly last season and panicked everyone in the state of New Jersey in the process. There is no such affliction this year. Harper has notched a double-double in all three games so far this season. Of course, the caliber or opponent has something to do with that, but Harper is still good enough to flirt with that mark against DePaul. Harper has averaged 39 DraftKings points per game so far and that's with him shooting right around 40%. If he can get that mark up a little bit, it can make a big difference.

Darryl Morsell, Marquette ($6,900)

The Maryland transfer and reigning Big Ten(14) Defensive Player of the Year continues to rake for Marquette. He's not just defense this year. Morsell is leading Marquette with 22.7 points per game and just led them to another upset of Illinois (Morsell led Maryland to an upset of the 12th-ranked Illini last year). Morsell only averaged nine points per game last year. He's going to average at least double that this season.

Umoja Gibson, Oklahoma ($4,900)

Gone are Austin Reaves, De'Vion Harmon, Kur Kuath, and Brady Manek. That's three starters and the first guy off the bench that are no longer with the team. That's a whole lot of production that is going to need to be filled by someone. Gibson showed flashes of the player that he might become last year. This is a different looking team this year with Porter Moser replacing Lon Kruger as the coach. The Sooners have two blowout wins that we didn't learn much from so far. This is going to be a solid test and we should get a better idea of the rotations after this one. One things is for sure: Gibson is going to be a huge part of this team for a low price.

Also consider: Paul Scruggs, Xavier ($9,700); Jordan Walker, UAB ($7,300); Geo Baker, Rutgers ($6,300); Tremont Robinson-White, East Carolina ($5,000); Jordan Goldwire, Oklahoma ($4,700)

DraftKings CBB DFS Forwards

E.J. Liddell, Ohio State ($9,300)

Liddell was the model of efficiency in his half of action in the blowout win over Bowling Green. This wont be a blowout, so we should see Liddell dominate the way he did in the first two games. He is the most skilled player that the Buckeyes have. They nearly lost to Akron in the opener. If the Buckeyes want to remain undefeated against the state of Ohio, they're going to need a huge game from Liddell once again.

Tanner Groves, Oklahoma ($8,400)

The Eastern Washington transfer has been a force for Oklahoma on the inside so far. This has been a guard-oriented team for many years now. Groves isn't going to change that all by himself, but we should see the forwards more involved on the offensive end than they were with Kruger at the helm. That has been the case with Groves so far. We should use caution with a small sample size, but I like what I've seen so far from Groves.

Jermaine Couisnard, South Carolina ($4,900)

The absence of Keyshawn Bryant for the first five games has provided more chances for Couisnard and he is making the most of it. Couisnard is averaging 27.1 DraftKings points per game over the first three contests. UAB is going to be a tougher team, but with the way Couisnard is scoring, I see him outperforming his price point. He's still too cheap right now.

David Jones, DePaul ($4,000)

Jones has been an absolute monster through the first two games for the Blue Demons. Jones has played 70 minutes in the two blowouts, racking up 39 points, 26 rebounds, six steals, four blocks, and three assists. Rutgers is going to provide a little more resistance, but if Jones plays 35 minutes again, he's the best bargain on the slate and it's not close.

Also consider: Luis Rodriguez, Mississippi ($8,100); Brandon Johnson, DePaul ($6,200); Jack Nunge, Xavier ($5,400); Jalen Hill, Oklahoma ($4,500); Wildens Leveque, South Carolina ($3,800)
