DraftKings CBB DFS Lineup Picks for 11/15/21 - Daily Fantasy College Basketball Advice

CBB DFS lineup picks DraftKings NCAA daily college fantasy basketball

Mike Marteny offers his DraftKings daily fantasy college basketball sleepers for 11/15/21. His CBB DFS lineup picks and sleepers will help you win on DraftKings.

I am back home where the temperatures are about 40 degrees cooler and instead of sand I have dead grass. At least I have more time to jump into the early college basketball season! "Big Monday" isn't a staple on ESPN just yet since they still insist that the NFL is important, but we still have a nice four-gamer on DraftKings tonight. We may be light on teams, but we aren't light on talent!

We tip off with Ohio State hosting Bowling Green at 6:30 Eastern. Illinois heads to Milwaukee to take on Marquette a bit later. TCU hosts Southern Miss. We finish it off with Providence heading to Madison to take on the Badgers. I told you this was a good one!

In this article, I will be providing you with my daily fantasy college basketball lineup picks for DraftKings on 11/15/21 starting at 6:30 pm Eastern. I’ll be providing multiple player suggestions for players at guard and forward, aiming to highlight one option apiece at the high, middle, and lower end of the salary scale. Good luck, RotoBallers.

DraftKings CBB DFS Guards

Tae Hardy, Southern Mississippi ($7,000)

Southern Miss gets a step up in opponents this week, but not by a lot. TCU was one of the worst teams in the Big 12(10) last year and promises to be again. Hardy might not pour in 22 points here like he averaged in the first week, but he should still lead the Eagles in scoring. Providence has the big name guards, but they also have an absolutely brutal matchup. I'll take the chance on Hardy instead, especially in GPP formats.

Andre Curbelo, Illinois ($6,600)

Curbelo was a high-energy guy off the Illinois bench last season. He logged his first collegiate start against Arkansas State in the opener and shined in just 19 minutes. Marquette is going to give the Illini a fight, so the starters should see the normal workload in this one. That bodes well for Curbelo, who racked up seven assists, two steals, and four rebounds in just 19 minutes. I really like the upside of Curbelo here.

Darryl Morsell, Marquette ($5,800)

Morsell leads the Golden Eagles with 47 points through the first two games. Why is this significant? Because he's usually known for defense. Morsell, the reigning Big Ten(14) Defensive Player of the Year, usually gets his fantasy points on the opposite end. Morsell proved that he's not just defense last week. The Maryland transfer has shined on both ends of the court so far. This is a step up in competition, but Morsell scored 19 for the Terps in an upset of Number 12 Illinois last January. I'll be heavy on Morsell tonight.

Malaki Branham, Ohio State ($3,400)

Branham is one of the best Ohio State recruits in recent years and he has made an immediate impact already. In just 42 minutes, Branham has 38 DraftKings points. He started against Niagara and has been on the floor at critical times already this season. His playing time might go down with Justice Sueing getting healthy, but I'm guessing someone else's minutes get cut. Branham was one of the few bright spots against Akron and looks to be a key piece of the team already. He's way too cheap for the ability.

Also consider: Jamari Wheeler, Ohio State ($6,900); Brad Davison, Wisconsin ($6,500); Jo Davis, Wisconsin ($5,500); Francisco Farabello, TCU ($4,400)

DraftKings CBB DFS Forwards

E.J. Liddell, Ohio State ($8,600)

Liddell has been a monster to open the season for the Buckeyes, racking up 99.5 DraftKings points in two games. He is the focal point of the offense right now and is an impossible matchup for the teams they have been playing. That will be true against Bowling Green tonight as well. Liddell's upside is the highest on the slate and the floor still makes him a cash game staple.

Coleman Hawkins, Illinois ($6,500)

Hawkins has done a great job filling in for Kofi Cockburn, who is serving the last game of his three-game suspension. Hawkins has 30 points and 20 rebounds in the first two games. His upside isn't quite as high against Marquette, who is going to test the athleticism of the Illinois team. That could ultimately end up hurting Hawkins, but the role and the minutes are there for a solid performance for this price.

Isaih Moore, Southern Mississippi ($6,000)

Moore has been arguably the most reliable scorer for the Eagles to open the season. It's going to be a little tougher going up front against TCU here, but his rebounding ability helps keep a stable floor. Moore wont break the bank and I'm still not sure that TCU is a far superior team. They are just the superior name.

Chuck O'Bannon Jr., TCU ($4,900)

O'Bannon did a little bit of everything in the opener for TCU. TCU had a distinct advantage up front against McNeese State, and could here as well. Southern Miss is a good team that's going to give them a fight, but I'm attacking this game with Southern Miss guards and TCU forwards. Both of those units have rather large advantages, at least on paper.

Also consider: Emanuel Miller, TCU ($8,700); Noah Horchler, Providence ($7,500); Justin Lewis, Marquette ($5,900); Zed Key, Ohio State ($4,000)
