CS Summit Qualifier

Best of 3

  • NiP (-190) vs. Heroics (+140)
  • OG (+210) vs. BIG (-300)
  • Liquid (-130) vs. Evil Geniuses (-105)
  • Cloud 9 (+110) vs. 100 Thieves (-145)

CS:GO DFS Captain Considerations

syrsoN will be a popular option on this slate and for good reason. He is priced at $8,600 and is averaging 63.5 DK points per game. Over the last 28 maps played, he has had a 1.33 K/D ratio and has produced a +138 K/D differential. During this hot stretch, he has had a .79 kill per round rate while only having a .60 death per round rate.

SyrsoN has been extremely reliable and is a top option on BIG and will garner ownership, especially in the captain role. He carries a good amount of upside in the matchup and it would not be surprising if he has the top score on the slate.

Stavn has been playing extremely well over the last month and is at a solid price point of $8,000. He is averaging 68.1 DK points per game and has had five straight games where he has gone for 60+ DK points. Over the last 29 maps played, he has produced a 1.23 K/D ratio and has had a +106 K/D differential which is very strong.

Over the past year, he has faced NiP on four maps and has garnered a 1.16 K/D ratio so his history against this team looks pretty solid. With Heroic being an underdog in this matchup, stavn could come in lower owned and produce which means he could be a great tournament play.

Other captain plays: Plopski, EliGE, NAF, jks

CS:GO DFS Value Plays

XANTARES has been white-hot from a fantasy perspective and with his lower price point, he could be the good chalk player of the slate. He is only $7,200 and has produced a 1.28 K/D ratio over the last 28 maps played.

His kill per round rate is at .77 and his death per round rate is at .60 which is very close to the numbers that syrsoN is producing. Given his recent form and consistency that he has shown, I expect him to be a popular play that is a must in your cash game lineup. He is also viable as a salary saving option for your captain role as well.

TeSeS has been performing really well for Heroic over the last month and is one of the better overall value plays on this slate. He has produced a K/D ratio of 1.12 over the last 29 maps that he has played and has had a .72 kill per round rate while only having a .64 death per round rate.

He is averaging 47.8 DK points per game but has hit 50+ DK points in four of his last six games so he has been hitting value with ease. TeSeS looks to be viable in all formats but probably leans more on the tournament side of things just based on the matchup against NiP.

Other value plays: twistzz, cadiaN, niko, jkaem, ISSAA

Top CS:GO DFS Stacks

Heroics look to be an underdog in this matchup but they very well could pull out the upset against NiP. NiP is a team we have used a lot and we know that they can get very hot and very cold. They are the higher-ranked team and are winners of three of their last five games but Heroics has won three straight matches and are winners of four of their last five games.

When looking at the map advantage, Heroic looks to have a slight edge as they have a higher winning percentage on four of the seven tournament maps. From a recent form standpoint, Heroic has gone 18-11 over their last 29 maps played and has carried a team K/D ratio of 1.09 which is strong from a team aspect. Stavn leads the charge as he has the highest K/D ratio on the team and TeSeS looks to be one of the best value plays on the slate based on his recent form and price point. Niko and cadiaN round are also viable stacking options if needing to free up more salary for your lineups.

BIG just keep cruising along and they should be one of the top stacks, if not, the top stack on the slate against OG. They are riding an eight map win streak and have won 85.7% of matches over the last three months.  As a team, they have gone 22-6 over their last 28 maps played and have a team K/D ratio of 1.16 during that timespan. OG on the other hand has gone 14-14 over their last 28 maps played and has garnered a 1.04 K/D ratio so the edge goes to BIG. From a map perspective, BIG has a better winning percentage on six of the seven maps and the one map they don’t have the advantage on (train), that just so happens to be their first ban pick 91% of the time.

All BIG players look to be in play as syrsoN and XANTARES have led this squad over the last month in K/D ratios. Both of them have produced above 1.25 K/D ratios and have been extremely reliable from a fantasy perspective, TabseN and tiziaN have held K/D ratios above 1.10 over the last month and look to be great secondary stacking pieces from BIG that could get overlooked.

Other stacks/teams: Liquid, 100T
