FanDuel NBA DFS Lineup Picks (11/24/21): Daily Fantasy Basketball Advice

John Brubaker highlights the top FanDuel NBA DFS lineup picks for 11/24/21, and a couple of sleepers to consider while building daily rosters.

Happy Wednesday, RotoBallers! I hope this week of NBA DFS has treated you well. I'm continuing to work on my NBA model, trying to gather more information to make sure all of you are as armed as possible going into each slate. Even with the small adjustments I've made so far, it seems to be working. I'm trying to implement different factors to separate cash options against GPP options. I'll continue to keep you all updated with the adjustments I make, and with all of that said, let's get to tonight!

Tonight we have a big slate, with 13 games on tap. With FanDuel adding multi-position eligibility players, we'll have to attack slates a bit differently to make our lineups as optimal as possible. That's where I come in! I'll look to find my personal top plays and values for tonight's slate. Things can change during the day as well, so I'll do my best to update as news comes out!

Here are my daily fantasy basketball lineup picks for FanDuel on 11/24/21. You can also check out today's DraftKings NBA DFS lineup picks. Keep an eye on RotoBaller’s injury news to stay up to date before lineups are locked.

FanDuel Guards - NBA DFS Lineup Picks

Malcolm Brogdon, PG/SG - vs LAL ($7,700)

After a handful of average games, Brogdon turned it up on Monday in Chicago. In just 28 minutes, he logged 16 points, four rebounds, and seven assists along with two blocks and a steal in a blowout win against the Bulls. He now gets a strong matchup against a Lakers team who is 29th in points allowed, 27th in point guard efficiency, and the worst team in the NBA in fantasy points allowed to the point guard position. Not to mention LA is on a back-to-back, Brogdon is in a total smash spot here.

Josh Giddey, SG - vs UTA ($6,000)

Giddey has been on fire lately, ripping off five straight 30+ FD point games. He gets a tough matchup against the Jazz tonight, but he's still a very considerable option due to the absence of Shai Gilgeous-Alexander. With SGA off of the floor, Giddey has averaged 1.1 FD points per minute, nearly a 10% boost to his overall FD points per minute number. He should play at least 28 if not 30 minutes in this one, making him a solid consideration in optimal lineups tonight.

Cory Joseph, PG - at MIL ($4,100)

Killian Hayes is out tonight with a thumb injury, opening up the value door for Cory Joseph. This will be Hayes's third straight game missed, with Joseph logging 23.3 and 30.9 FD points in those two games respectively. While the overall matchup with Milwaukee is a tough one, the Bucks rank 24th in point guard efficiency. With both Hayes and Isaiah Stewart off of the floor, Joseph averages a respectable 0.8 FD points per minute. He should play a minimum of 30 minutes tonight, creating a great value option at the guard positions.

Also consider: C.J. McCollum ($7,500), Patty Mills ($4,800)

FanDuel Forwards - NBA DFS Lineup Picks

Jerami Grant, PF/C - at MIL ($7,800)

More of a GPP play here as I believe a lot of the field will be on Joseph and Saddiq Bey, but Grant has been on a tear, putting up 47.3 and 42.9 in his last two games. While the matchup again seems tough against Milwaukee, the Bucks are bottom 10 in efficiency against the power forward position. Grant's usage should raise up over 25% with Hayes and Stewart out, making him a decent floor-high upside play tonight.

LaMarcus Aldridge, PF/C - at BOS ($6,000)

I have Aldridge as one of the highest valued players on the slate tonight, especially if he ends up playing 30+ minutes against Boston. He's hit the 30-minute mark in two of his last three games, averaging 37.3 FD points in those two contests. It's not far-fetched to think he'll play those minutes, especially if they're in a dog fight. With Nicolas Claxton, Joe Harris, and Bruce Brown, who are all out tonight off the floor, Aldridge is racking up 1.31 FD points per minute. Boston is tough defensively against centers, but Aldridge plays more like a power forward, so I'm not too worried about it.

Caris LeVert, SF/SG - vs LAL ($5,700)

While LeVert hasn't been playing much of late due to a back injury, my early projections have him playing 31 minutes, despite him having a GTD tag. This is one to keep an eye out for during the day and take advantage of potential low ownership in GPPs. My early numbers have LeVert at 31.3 FD points, well over 5x value, and in a great matchup against the Lakers. They're middle of the pack in terms of efficiency against both shooting guards and small forwards, but I'll be getting exposure to the Pacers in my GPP lineups.

Also consider: Saddiq Bey ($5,700), Alperen Sengun ($4,300)

FanDuel Centers - NBA DFS Lineup Picks

Al Horford, C/PF - vs BKN ($7,200)

Horford has been a one-man wrecking crew in Boston so far this season, and it doesn't look to be slowing down soon. Surprisingly, Brooklyn is solid in terms of efficiency against the center position, coming in at 6th in the league. However, they are middle of the pack against power forwards, coming in at 18th. Horford is averaging 1.23 FD points per minute this year, and I don't see that slowing down here. I'd hope that Jaylen Brown and Josh Richardson play here though, as Horford's FPPM drops to an even 1 with those two off of the floor.

Wendell Carter Jr., C/PF - vs CHA ($5,800)

Well I mentioned a few weeks ago that I thought Mo Bamba would become a GPP-option type of player as the season goes along, but I was incorrect. That player is Carter, who's had an up and down year, mostly due to minutes. Tonight I have him projected for 27 minutes and over 35 fantasy points. He gets a bump to 1.06 FPPM with Cole Anthony and Jonathan Isaac off of the floor, and gets a strong matchup against the Hornets who come in bottom-seven in the league in efficiency against both the power forward and center positions. I love Carter as a GPP play, while I would opt for Bamba in cash.

Also consider: Deandre Ayton ($7,700), Mo Bamba ($6,800)
