Albert Pujols Starting At First Base In Game 3
Albert Pujols will be making his first postseason start in seven years on Monday night. He's starting at first base and batting seventh in Game 3 of the NLDS against the San Francisco Giants. Cody Bellinger is starting the game on the bench. The Giants have left-hander Alex Wood on the mound on Monday. The right-handed Pujols posted a .939 OPS against lefties this year while the left-handed Bellinger had an abyssal .383 OPS in same-handed matchups. Pujols has yet to step up to the plate in this series. We'll see if he's able to help the Dodgers take a 2-1 lead.
