With The Ultimate Fighter 29 bantamweight crown on the line Saturday night, Ricky Turcios walked out as the show's winner, but not without going through a war to get it. Defeating Brady Hiestand by split decision (29-28, 28-29, 29-28), Turcios held the decisive striking edge by landing 100 significant strikes (201 total strikes) while averaging 13.4 total strikes per minute. The takedown game is where Turcios lost his edge, only landing two compared to Hiestand's six. A new addition to the UFC's bantamweight roster, it could take some more time to properly evaluate his fantasy value in the new division.--Matt Bricker
