Free-agent running back James Conner is visiting with the Arizona Cardinals on Monday. Conner rushed for almost 1,000 yards and found the end zone 13 times as a Pro Bowler in 2018 for the Pittsburgh Steelers, but he's been inconsistent since then and has dealt with a variety of injuries. The Cardinals let Kenyan Drake walk in free agency, and Conner could be an ideal complement to Chase Edmonds. The 25-year-old Conner had 721 rushing yards and six touchdowns to go along with 35 catches for 215 receiving yards in 13 games for Pittsburgh last year. Conner has played in at least 10 games in every NFL season, but he's never played in more than 14. Edmunds would have a much lower ceiling if Conner is added to this backfield, and the two would likely be involved in some sort of committee.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
