Did Kyle Larson find the right mix last year at the Blue Emu Maximum Pain Relief 500? He finished ninth but led six laps before getting caught low on the track. It was his first top ten finish at Martinsville since 2016. Larson starts this year's Spring race 19th which offers some place differential improvement possibility.
