DraftKings EuroLeague DFS Lineup Picks for 3/19/21 - Daily Fantasy Basketball Advice

Mike Marteny offers his DraftKings daily fantasy EuroLeague basketball plays and sleepers for 3/19/21. His EuroLeague DFS lineup picks and sleepers will help you win on DraftKings.

Round 30 finishes off today for those of you that still want some professional basketball to go with the amateurs. This one starts a little later at 1pm Eastern, so you can watch the first four games of the NCAA tournament before paying attention to the EuroLeague. And we will have to pay attention. Alexey Shved's back is still an issue. He sat out Monday's domestic league game and Khimki hasn't provided an update on his status. The same is true with Devin Booker, but I see no reason why he would play any significant role even if he does return.

We have other injury news to keep an eye on. Nemanja Nedovic hinted that he could return via his personal Twitter account, but he hasn't been cleared by the team. Bojan Dubljevic did travel with the team to Russia, so he at least has a chance to play. Malcolm Delaney, Johnny O'bryant, Quino Colom, and Dejan Davidovac have been confirmed out. The rest of the injury statuses are still up in the air and likely will be until about an hour before tip.

In this article, I will be providing you with my daily fantasy EuroLeague lineup picks for DraftKings on 3/19/21. I’ll be providing multiple player suggestions for players at guard, forward, and center, aiming to highlight one option apiece at the high, middle, and lower end of the salary scale. Good luck, RotoBallers.

DraftKings EuroLeague DFS Guards

Jordan Loyd, Belgrade ($10,700)

At this point I'm just going to assume that we can't count on Shved here. Even if he does play, Khimki will likely limit him, and with his price $2,800 more than any other guard, it's just too much of a risk for me. I don't like the matchup for Efes, so I'll gladly drop down to Loyd in a good matchup that becomes elite if Nedovic is still out as the team thinks he will be. Loyd has at least 20 DraftKings points in every game since February started and has topped 40 a couple of times in that span. He's the safest play among the expensive guards today.

Sam Van Rossom, Valencia ($8,000)

Errick McCollum came close to notching 50 DraftKings points last round with Shved out. This play will depend entirely on the status of Shved. If he plays, even in a limited capacity, I wont run McCollum. Shved dominates the usage whenever he is on the floor. Even just 20 minutes of that would clip McCollum's upside enough to move elsewhere. If Shved does play, I'll drop down and run Sam Van Rossom back against Khimki. Their perimeter defense might be even worse with Shved out there. Come to think of it, I'll probably run Sam no matter the status of McCollum and Shved.

Eleftherios Bochoridis, Athens ($5,300)

Bochoridis has filled in nicely in the absence of Nedovic. Even if Nedovic returns, his minutes will likely be limited. Bochoridis should still see enough court time behind Nedovic and Sant-Roos to justify using him at this price. If Nedovic playing is enough to chase you off, I would suggest finding the extra money for Ognjen Dobric or Martin Hermannsson. Everything below Bochoridis is risky enough to blow up your entire line.

Also consider: Wade Baldwin, Munich ($9,900); Howard Sant-Roos, Athens ($7,100); Ognjen Dobric, Belgrade ($6,800)

DraftKings EuroLeague DFS Forwards

Jordan Mickey, Khimki ($12,000)

It's becoming a dangerous proposition to fade Mickey right now. He has at least 40 DraftKings points in four straight and five of the last six. The status of Shved really doesn't matter. He was present in the lineup for three of those five big games from Mickey. So long as Devin Booker remains away from this team, Mickey will continue to put up big numbers. No one else has stepped up in the Khimki frontcourt.

Mario Hezonja, Athens ($8,800)

Hezonja has piled up 79.5 DraftKings points in his three EuroLeague games. He has been exactly the shot in the arm that Athens needed. His versatility has helped them with injuries all over the court. Even with Athens is at full strength, I can see Hezonja carrying this much of the load still. The only piece missing right now is Nedovic. That's all that was missing last week as well. The role we have seen Hezonja take on so far is what he should do for the rest of the season. This isn't a great matchup since Red Star is one of the better defensive teams in the league. I'm also not sure it matters. Hezonja should still get you 25 DraftKings points.

Sertac Sanli, Efes ($7,600)

Sanli's minutes were down a touch in Round 29, but that was more due to them blowing Piraeus off the court. That seemingly innocuous gesture just confirms what I already thought was happening. It means Sanli is now part of the starting crew. And why not? He has only missed six shots from the field in his last four games combined. Sanli is one of the most efficient and dangerous scorers in the league. His skills should be on display here against Munich.

Also consider: Nikola Mirotic, Barcelona ($10,100); Nikola Kalinic, Valencia ($8,700); Derrick Williams, Valenica ($5,600)
