Philadelphia 76ers guard Ben Simmons (knee) is set to undergo surgery to remove a loose body from his left knee. Simmons is set to leave the bubble to undergo this procedure and it's unclear when he'll return. There's a good chance that Simmons doesn't return at all during the postseason. This is a huge blow to the Sixers, but will open up opportunities for some other players.
