Boston Red Sox designated hitter J.D. Martinez (back) is batting fourth Sunday vs Justin Verlander and the Astros. Martinez has been dealing with a sore back and an illness this past week. He missed four games earlier in the week before playing Friday night then sitting Saturday. It appears the Red Sox are being conservative, easing Martinez back into action and he should be fine. However, it's still a situation worth monitoring for fantasy owners, especially those in weekly lineup leagues.
