New Orleans Saints wide receiver Ted Ginn (knee) is active for Week 16 against the Steelers for the first time since Sept. 30 against the Giants. As a result, Austin Carr and Simmie Cobbs are healthy scratches on Sunday. Tight end Dan Arnold is also a healthy scratch. Ginn is a boost to New Orleans' passing game behind Michael Thomas and rookies Tre'Quan Smith and Keith Kirkwood, but he can't be trusted in fantasy lineups with championships on the line.--Keith Hernandez
