Toronto Maple Leafs goaltender Garret Sparks stopped all 34 shots faced in a 6-0 defeat of the Philadelphia Flyers on Saturday. The Leafs offense gave their backup netminder a 4-0 lead in the first period and Sparks was able to coast the rest of the way despite a decent volume of pucks shots. The 25-year-old is off to a strong start in his debut as an NHL backup and has posted four wins, a 2.57 goals-against average and a .924 save percentage in five starts on the season. Fantasy owners shouldn't be flocking to add Sparks but he could serve as a valuable streamer for those looking for a good start.--Chase Davis - RotoBaller
