Anaheim Ducks goaltender John Gibson stopped 27 of 28 shots against to record his eighth win of the season in a 2-1 overtime victory against the Edmonton Oilers on Friday. Gibson looked like a clear Vezina favorite after carrying an injury-depleted Ducks team throughout the first month of the season but has recently come back down to earth over the past few weeks. The American netminder has posted a save percentage less than .900 in four of his last seven appearances. With that said, Gibson remains a top-tier fantasy goaltender and has a strong 2.49 goals-against average and a .928 save percentage on the campaign. His workload will likely decrease as the Ducks continue to get healthier.--Chase Davis - RotoBaller
