Toronto Maple Leafs goaltender Garret Sparks will be between the pipes on Sunday as the Maple Leafs take on the Blackhawks. Sparks will be making his first appearance this season after beating out Curtis McElhinney and Calvin Pickard for the backup spot in Toronto. Sparks is coming off of an extraordinary season in the AHL where he was named the league's top goaltender and held a save percentage of .936 percent. With plenty of promise and even more to prove, Sparks will be worth watching for spot starts but not much else.
